Patrick Campion
President & Founder
Patrick Campion is the Founder and President of Preparedness Advisors LLC where he leads the firm's efforts to develop and implement emergency preparedness strategies for nationwide organizations. Patrick's formation of Preparedness Advisors LLC is motivated by the desire to provide straightforward project management solutions to complex emergency management problems. He brings years of experience studying this field and managing programs for state, local, and federal emergency management / homeland security agencies.
Prior to forming Preparedness Advisors LLC, Patrick served as a Policy Advisor and Data Analyst with the New York State Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services (DHSES). In this role, he supported a range of high profile initiatives that involved assessing statewide emergency preparedness, developing data visualization and analysis tools, and coordinating the agency's unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) program. Patrick also staffed numerous emergency operations center (EOC) activations for federally-declared disasters during his time with New York State. Prior to working for DHSES, Patrick served as a consultant to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and Transportation Security Administration (TSA) in Washington, D.C. Patrick is a graduate of the Emergence Leadership Program at the Naval Postgraduate School Center for Homeland Defense and Security.

Erin Hogan
Preparedness Analyst
Erin is a Preparedness Analyst with the company since 2021 where she manages data analysis and research projects, website design, and business development efforts. Prior to joining Preparedness Advisors LLC, Erin worked for the State University of New York Research Foundation where she coordinated event logistics, graphic design projects, and social media campaigns.
Erin is currently in her second year at The University of Albany Master of International Affairs program concentrating in Diplomacy and Global Governance. She also received her Bachelor of Arts from St. Lawrence University in 2019 where she double-majored in Government and Psychology and minored in Italian Studies.
